Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 22, 2026
By accessing this website and utilizing our domestic worker visa services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Sponsor) and Derby Visa Sponsorship Center (the Provider).
1. Scope of Services
Derby Visa Sponsorship Center provides administrative typing, coordination, medical test booking, transport coordination, and government filing assistance for UAE domestic worker visas (including Maids, Nannies, Babysitters, Drivers, Housekeepers, Cooks, and Cleaners). We operate as a processing agent and center to secure visa sponsorships legally.
2. Fees and Pricing Structure
The fees displayed on our website represent our current standard rates:
- Visa Sponsorship Package: Starts from AED 7,499 for a 2-Year validity. This fee includes governmental typing charges, medical screenings, Emirates ID registration, and 2 years of basic health insurance.
- Agency Fee: A monthly agency fee of AED 160 per month is billed to the sponsor during the active sponsorship cycle.
- Installment Plans: Easy installment plans are available through our verified partner networks, subject to approval.
3. Sponsor Obligations & Compliance
As a sponsor in the UAE, you agree to comply with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations and domestic worker labor laws:
- Salary WPS System: You must transfer your domestic helper's salary monthly through the Wage Protection System (WPS) as required by UAE federal law.
- Document Honesty: You must submit accurate digital copies of sponsor passports, Ejari, salary certificates, and worker document files. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or rejected documentation.
4. Doorstep / Online Delivery
Our zero-office-visit model means documents are collected and processed online. Biometric passport stamping deliveries are handled via courier to your residence. While we make every effort to process applications swiftly, processing timelines are subject to governmental approval speeds and immigration queues.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from services shall be resolved through amicable settlement or the competent courts of Dubai.
